Brief Description of Idea The Banana Store is the world's only firm dedicated solely to the banana product line, with a long-term vision and the goal of improving the lives of rural women and banana farmers. We not only encourage banana fiber handicrafts, but we also assist banana growers in generating additional money. The more time they devote to the banana field, the more money they will be able to make for themselves and their families. We also promote women's empowerment by hosting a variety of training programs in which their contributions are equally valued. Our Mission Agricultural Waste Management-- After the fruit is harvested, millions of tonnes of the banana stem are wasted. By repurposing this waste, we will create a variety of products. Employment Generation – Many cottage enterprises, NGOs, cooperatives, and small and medium businesses in India produce banana fiber products, but they have closed or are about to close due to a lack of marketing and sales knowledge and a lack of awareness of the current market. Our expert team will first check the quality of the products, and after analyzing the market potential, they will add such things and sell them under our brand. Uniqueness of Idea By transforming banana plant waste into banana fiber and utilizing it for making a myriad of products like- ropes, handicrafts, banana paper, and other products, we ensure that the by-products of banana fields are recycled and used to produce income and jobs. Many craftswomen benefit from our assistance in generating revenue and improving their living conditions. We have four primary objectives which make us unique from others- Women Empowerment- Providing opportunities for women to work and earn for themselves to empower them. Environment Safety- To cultivate one of your favorite fruits-'banana' sustainably, we are attempting to reduce the usage of pesticides and toxic chemicals. We are working to make a difference in the world by contributing to it. Organic Banana Farming The worldwide organic farming market is predicted to be driven by increasing consumer demand for organic foods as well as increased knowledge of the health benefits of organic foods. We are the only ones fully working on this purpose right now. Our company is known for its authenticity, dependability, and dedication.
