Suthra Food And healthcare Solutions LLP founded with vision of health with food naturally. Nutrition food recipe restaurants with health consultants based on AYUSH practice can prescribe diet with those recipes. All recipes in our nutrition restaurant will be prepared using selected ingredients grown naturally with utmost care to retain nutrition. Recipes are prepared as per directions from health consultants so that they can prescribe suitable diet while addressing health issues. Founders of this company are also involved in growing crops naturally with utmost care to retain nutrition. Our AYUSH health consultants address health issues in 4 stages based on AYUSH practices. 1. Symptom recovery. 2. Cure for root cause. 3. Protection and immunity. 4. Peak wellness. In stage 1 focus will be to recover from specific disease symptoms. Bring the life routine to normal. In stage 2 focus on treatment for root cause and cure. In stage 3 focus on immunity boosting to protect against any disease. In stage 4 focus on overall health and peak wellness, lift and maintain the capability according to the work and life style. In all stages food plays important role to provide relevant nutrition. Diet is planned and prescribed in each stage considering nutrition requirements for treatment. Food recipes are prepared in our restaurants considering the nutrition requirements and taste of goodness. So we will provide tasty way of attaining health and wellness. Yoga, Zumba, Naturopathy, meditation, entertainment, and other natural methods are facilitated to attain and maintain health and wellness.
