We are building the technology layer for India’s $100B wedding ecosystem. Every ops-heavy industry has had its software revolution and is now gearing for AI overhaul; weddings, despite the market size, still runs on phone calls, WhatsApp threads, and spreadsheets. While every player in the market approaches to solve for the customer, we are taking the B2B approach. SutrVerse fixes this gap with a suite of products aimed to solve the pains of 4 Lac venues, vendors, planners in an industry growing at 15% CAGR. We start at Venues as a wedge and then pull other stakeholders (decorators, caterers, photo studios, planners) into the same thread — one productized workflow — from lead to booking to execution to payout backed by agentic flows. We have 4 paying customers on VenueSutr in Bengaluru, our first product with an MRR of ₹2.5 Lac in January and growing with a team of 4 and no marketing spend.
