The promoters have long experience of Trainings, Career Orientations, Manpower operations etc. They had been associated with many Skill development trainings projects, of various SSC under MSDE/MNRE/NSDC/SSC etc. The objective of the proposed firm would be To provide Skilled/Semi Skilled/Unskilled Temping Solutions for IT Sector & Non-IT Sector. To train and up-skill as per NSQF guidelines, the under-privileged School/College Drop-out youth To be associated/Training Partner of various SSC, for imparting Trainings and Up-skilling the youth on various sectors conserving the National and Global demand. After Skilling place the youth with National and International Employers in align with I-NSDC, guidelines as well as MEA Guidelines set for Overseas Employment. To offer handholding support to personnel in selection of right sector, and wherever required offer psychometric assessments and counseling thereof as well. To support the Client organization with round the clock support for selection and appointment of preferred personnel. We do target to train and deploy 5000-7500 Youth yearly from PAN India, preferably from remote areas. Since, we will be targeting international employers from manpower starved South Asian, Middle East and European Countries, which will be attracting foreign exchange for India as well. Our this idea supports the dream project of H. E. Shri Narendra Modi JI, World leader and Prime Minister of India, who has taken growing population of India as Asset of India, which world has also accepted and have started accepting India Manpower as ideal workforce
