SWARN SHILPKAR LLP will launch SWARNSHILPAR.COM and SWARNSHILPKAR.ORG as independent business divisions to publish online digital portals and SWARN SHILPKAR as print media international journal to help the jewellery artisans engaged in various skills relating to manufacturing processes of Gold, Silver and Platinum and Fashion jewellery find their exposure in the international markets. The Artisans will enlist themselves with their detailed personal information, specific professional skills and sample images of their products to be able to get employment in jewellery manufacturing units anywhere in the world and to get manufacturing job work orders from the trade if they are operating as independent manufacturing craftsmen in the jewellery business. The SWARNSHILPKAR.COM portal will also publish details about job opportunities available for skilled Jewellery Artisans in the international jewellery industry. SWARN SHILPKAR LLP will empanel itself as consultants with the departments of MSME and All India Handicrafts Board, Government India, Indian State Governments Organizations and also with the Organizations of other countries responsible to co-ordinate with them for development of specific schemes relating to economic development of Jewellery Artisans and will also assist the Jewellery Artisans in getting themselves registered under such schemes for development of their professional skills. The LLP will execute its plans through SWARNSHILPKAR.ORG. The LLP upon will also set up its own Jewellery Manufacturing units, Common Facility Centers, participate in and organize exhibitions in India and abroad and online Digital Exhibitions and will conduct study tours under various Skills and Market Development programs planned for the Jewellery Artisans to apprise them about latest products, markets and technical developments in the jewellery manufacturing processes.
