Swayamkrushi Home Services LLP was founded with a mission to drive employment growth, and empowerment by creating meaningful livelihood opportunities for skilled women and youth. The initiative stems from Janahitha Seva Trust, which has been actively involved in women empowerment and youth skill development since 2013. Each year, the Trust successfully trains and certifies over 1000+ individuals. However, many of these skilled individuals were left without the final step—access to employment or a platform to offer their services independently. As an NGO, Janahitha Seva Trust could not engage in commercial activity, prompting the need for a separate platform that could support these individuals in a sustainable and impactful way. To bridge this gap, Sahayak, a dedicated home services platform, was launched under Swayamkrushi Home Services LLP in 2024. With a strong commitment to employment, growth, and empowerment, the platform connects skilled blue-collar professionals—trained in areas such as home cleaning, electrical work, plumbing, beautician services, tailoring, digital photography, and appliance servicing—to households in need of trustworthy, timely, and affordable services.
