At Devour Foods Pvt. Ltd., I lead strategy development for brand building, innovation, business growth, and operations. As the founder of SWYE (See What You Eat), I am on a journey to redefine healthy snacking in India. I am focused on creating India’s first transparent, clean-label functional snacking brand. I have formulated nut bars using Indian agricultural products with recognisable ingredients, all produced in-house. Through see-through packaging, my goal is to empower consumers to view the exact product before purchase and make informed choices. I lead product and packaging innovation, category and brand development, and overall operations. I am well-equipped in using AI tools and leveraging them for the brand’s expansion into Qcommerce, retail, and export markets. I have 6 years of experience in the food industry. I began my journey from the ground up— overseeing daily operations and managing warehouse and supply chain activities. I later moved into business development, partnering with leading brands such as Puratos, Allana, and Dry Blend Foods, driving their ingredient business across the North India region. Following this, I transitioned into a lead marketing strategist role where I managed and led the complete NPD pipeline for Figaro’s Pizza India, coordinating between R&D, suppliers, and operations to bring new, commercially scalable products to market. I led a team of eight professionals across operations, sales, and business development. My core expertise includes ATL & BTL marketing, pricing strategy, B2B ingredient sales, distributor network expansion, and creating innovation-led clean-label food concepts. I specialise in market positioning and sales growth with a strong focus on consumer behaviour and future market trends. My passion lies in contributing to India’s economic growth by building high-impact food brands that address evolving consumer needs. Over the years, I have worked extensively across sales, sourcing, R&D trials, customer development, and new product formulation with both domestic and international B2B brands.
