The Syeds Contractor Pvt Ltd started in 1975 in Bengaluru Syed Ghayasuddin is the Founder of The company made its foray with a commercial building, followed by a residential project in RT NAGAR. Taking advantage of the thriving was a front runner, in the late 90s. With uncanny vision, SYED GHAYASUDDIN was instrumental in changing the skyline of the Construction Capital. In the year 1975 his vision, steered the Group towards the residential sector in full earnest, influenced by the global financial environment. This led to Syeds Contractor Pvt Ltd strong financial consolidation. Today, the Group has completed 63 projects across 63 cities in India and set a benchmark in both the Commercial and Residential spaces Government projects.
