It will also engage in healthcare recruitment and staffing services for medical and paramedical professionals across domestic and international markets, undertake hospital management contracts involving operational takeovers and efficiency improvement initiatives, and conduct online classes with sale of training modules and provision of certifications and accreditations. Additionally, the startup intends to carry out real estate–related activities connected with hospitals and healthcare facilities, including acquisition, leasing, development, and brokerage of medical and institutional properties, and will undertake all ancillary and incidental activities necessary to support these objectives, including entering into strategic alliances, partnerships, joint ventures, and obtaining requisite approvals and licenses.
