We are a group of Engineers with diverse experience in Software Development, Networking Solutions and IT Security. We are currently working towards developing a Software solution which would aid in rapid deployment of scalable, highly available and secure cloud based virtualization platform. It would support full Kernel based virtualization enabling creation of cloud infrastructure suited for any task. The product will largely have the following basic features – Dynamic rule based firewall & Security groups - to allow user to define ingress and egress restrictions on groups of virtual machines - enforced at the infrastructure level. Private Internal Networks (Tenant networking) - to allow Virtual machines deployed in a particular group to be completely isolated from public while maintaining connectivity with each other. They can acquire and use any IP address from the assigned private subnet. This would allow creation of complex, yet reliably scalable, load balanced and secure network architectures. Additional features would include Ceph based Block storage, API for automation etc.
