Instrumentation Academy is an EdTech startup dedicated to bridging the skill gap in industrial automation and instrumentation engineering. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, application-based training that empowers students and professionals with the practical knowledge needed to succeed in the process industry. We address a critical challenge in traditional engineering education, which is the lack of real-world, hands-on learning, particularly in the fields of instrumentation and control systems. As a result, many graduates find it difficult to translate theoretical concepts into practical industrial applications, affecting both employability and on-site efficiency. To solve this, we offer a range of online courses and video-based training modules that explain core instrumentation topics through clear, visual, and easy-to-understand animated content. Designed by experienced professionals, our material is tailored to suit both beginners and working professionals seeking industry-relevant skills. Instrumentation Academy has built a strong digital presence, with our YouTube channel attracting over 86,000 subscribers and more than 4.5 million (45 lakh) views from just 35 videos. Significantly, 60% of this viewership is from outside India, indicating strong global interest and the international relevance of our content. Going forward, we aim to scale our offerings through paid certification programs and specialized training modules for individuals, industries, and educational institutions. We also plan to collaborate with companies to develop domain-specific, practical skill development programs aligned with current industry needs.
