The concept of village panchayat software is to simplify the local administration. The software is exclusively targeting village panchayats of goa state. Managing local administration is full of challenges & sometimes the citizen also has to share the burden in the form of delayed response from concerned officials and department. The app will try to mitigate the extra time required due to long documentation work. Here citizens & officials can connect directly, they can share required information & documents without any delay and will receive the services in the earliest possible time. There won't be long pending requests! whether someone needs certificate/license/permission this platform will be your personal assistant for all such work. Panchayat erp portal will provide the solutions to the panchayat by which citizens can quickly file their required services through mobile app/website. These citizen's requests will be directed to the relevant panchayat on their web portal where the staff of panchayat will receive the query. These queries will be directed to the relevant authorities ( clerk, talathi, secretary, sarpanch, dy sarpanch etc... ) to proceed further till the work completion. Moreover citizen's can see the current status of their request. The citizen will receive a notification when the job will be completed via sms, email, push notification. WE WILL PROVIDE A COMPLETE ERP PORTAL & WEBSITE FOR PANCHAYAT & MOBILE APPLICATION FOR CITIZENS. Where panchayat can manage the entire website + citizen data + back-end portal. From mobile app citizen's can apply for certificate, license, permission, N.O.C, pay tax, file RTI, view websites in modern view, notice, events, gallery, acts, vp members, purchase advertisements on panchayat websites, etc...
