Our journey started as Shinestar Management Services, in 2011. The company provided value-added and consultation services in staffing and pay-rolling services. Despite achieving a turnover of Rs 4 -5 Crores, we were badly impact with Covid and had to shut down our business. The 'failure' however showed us the path ahead; we needed to link ourselves with the digital space and provide integrated management solutions. This led to the formation of Talent Mine Private Limited (TMPL).TMPL aspires to become an integrated service provider for all industrial services. We encompass services like Integrated Manpower Services, Logistics partnering support and sales-service solutions. As per this model, we shall use our intensive relationships with the industry and local bodies and provide them with integrated solutions, performed through our network of vendors.
