ATMx is a DIIF Funded product known as Advance Therapeutic Management (ATMx) which is software to provide medical information/POS/Android/IOS to end user/pharmacist/doctors. ATMx works on Patient Prescriber Pharmacist integral model (PPP Model). Ideation of ATMx is to empower pharmacist with Clinical Excellency backup for Transforming their Pharmacy into the Clinical Pharmacy. We are focusing on Right medication Information to the end users and Drugs Related Problem (DRP) among healthcare professionals. Approximately 1 out of 6 patients is associated with DRP during the care of patients, consciously DRP are preventable errors. Poor communication by the pharmacist was the most important common factor contributing to DRP. This was mostly due to a lack of pharmacist knowledge about the disease and medication appropriate use. Many examples are there where a pharmacist could play a vital role for eliminating DRP at pharmacist place. ATMx will be a powerful tool to pharmacist for their better customer safety rather it could therefore reduce the considerable medication-related morbidity and mortality. ATMx will also play roles to accelerate the day-to-day operations like Inventory, Branding, Accountancy, and Integrity of pharmacists as well as to other Health Care Professionals(HCP). ATMx can make a unique contribution to their patients' appropriate outcome of medication therapy and quality of life.
