We are a Recruitment HRtech Marketplace that enables employers to get all their hiring done in one place. The way it works is that Employers enter JD of the roles that they are looking to hire, the JD is then floated to Vendors who are on our platform with the help of algorithms, and then the vendors reach out to candidates and submit the interested ones on the platform. This allows greater speed, accuracy, and conversion for all stakeholders involved. We currently work with MNCs and startups alike and are at the early traction stage of our business. The founders are MBA pass-outs from NMIMS Mumbai and MDI Gurgaon with a combined experience of more than 25 years.
