Our Company has been awarded as Bihar State Certified Start Up. Income Tax Return FIling is completely fragmented market in India traditionally dominated by Unskilled local Consultants. The traditional approach makes the whole process complex and cumbersome scaring the consumers. With the advent of technology newer technology Companies are entering the market with completely web-based solution. It requires consumers to be adequately tech savvy. Their target is Technically adept super - urban salaried/ professional people. Hence there arises a need of a Company which can provide Income Tax return services with following advantages:- 1. Low / Cost Effective 2. Expert assistance based E-filing 3. Proper guidance to such rural community. 4. Least error 5. Proper Follow Up Currently in India there are 33.78 crores individuals who have taken PAN but only 4.35 crore individuals file their Income Tax Return which means there is a gap of around 29.43 crores. The huge untapped market Tax – Mitra is targeting requires a blend of technology and human touch. Tax Mitra Private Limited will establish a call centre to educate/ motivate about benefits and requirements of ITR Filing to potential rural database. Points to convince are :- 1. Lack of professionals/ skilled professionals in rural/ semi-urban sector 2. Requirement of income tax return for any kind of financial support like Vehicle Loan, Hosuing Loan, small business Loan 3.
