TaxEdge is a full-stack, technology-driven income tax return (ITR) filing platform designed to bring transparency, structure, and trust to India’s largely unorganized tax filing market. Founded by a Chartered Accountant with a decade of experience, the platform targets India’s 90+ million taxpayers, particularly salaried individuals, who currently rely on fragmented, opaque services. The core problem TaxEdge addresses is the lack of transparency and standardization in tax filing. Customers today face unclear pricing, poor communication, no status visibility, and risk of errors due to informal workflows (often managed via WhatsApp with no accountability). A key differentiator is its annual retention engine, which automatically re-engages customers every financial year through reminders and pre-filled data, reducing customer acquisition costs to near zero for repeat users.
