TC Manufacturing LLP is a Northeast India-based startup operating under the brand name AQUATON, engaged in the manufacturing of rotomoulded and blow-moulded plastic water tanks and flexible garden pipes. We are working to modernize traditional plastic manufacturing by integrating AI and IoT-enabled systems to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and build a scalable, data-driven factory model. Our factory, situated in Mankachar, Assam, benefits from proximity to the Bangladesh border, offering future cross-border trade opportunities. We are currently in the process of implementing: AI-based production and raw material tracking A digital production dashboard using Google Sheets, APIs, and automation tools IoT-based monitoring systems to track energy use and machine performance We are also exploring sustainable practices, including optimizing raw material mix and introducing plastic waste reuse into our process cycle. Our vision is to build a smart, future-ready manufacturing ecosystem for water storage and irrigation solutions from rural India — with innovation, digital adoption, and environmental consciousness at its core.
