PROPERTY MANAGEMENTTHROUGH FREE GATEKEEPING. Property Management of rental homes can be done better. Built a listing and renting platform, generated leads, tried acquiring more listings. Cost of getting a listing through traditional way is costly and time consuming, needed to find a better top funnel to get the data. Established connections with gated communities since there is a high volume of rental properties within them. Figured that if we want to get the details of apartment owners and rental properties, we can gather it through a gatekeeping solution.
