Hiring in blue collar and gray collar workforce category is a large one, but is hardly organized and very little technology has been used in it. Hiring process comprises of profiling, sourcing, assessing & interviewing candidates. The hiring market is highly fragmented with a few online job portals and thousands of recruitment consultants. More than 95% of India's workforce is of this nature. Growcareer aims at solving the hiring problems of this segment at scale using technology.
