Civic engagement and community welfare in a country such as India is a daunting task. We @ Sthaapak believe that the delivery of Civic Outreach is both a challenge and an opportunity. It is our belief that this problem could be significantly alleviated by use of a hybrid model. We have conceptualized and built the 1st SaaS Cloud G2C (Government to Community) & F2C (Foundation - to Community) platform globally, available solely for the purpose of civic engagement and outreach at scale. This platform can be used by Governments, NGOs and Institutions to effectively reach and deliver, in a sustained and consistent manner from as little as 1000 beneficiaries to millions. Given the SaaS Cloud architecture this is easily done with minimal need for technology expertise either to write software or to deploy technology infrastructure. We use a modular micro-services architecture that incorporates the below methodologies that significantly enhance outreach and engagement: 1. Single platform for role specific interaction for multiple-stakeholders - beneficiaries, state departments and administration, other support groups 2. Localized, byte size content in - easy to consume format for quick comprehension, better absorption and longer retention 3. Gamification to push continuous learning, motivation and ensure engagement of both beneficiaries and multiple support stake-holders involved The platform is driven by a Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence Analytics engine. The frontend is designed grounds-up with localized content and user experience for the semi-literate user with simple, easy to use, and highly instructional user interface.
