Technico Innovative Products Private Limited is for manufacturing and distribution of innovative products in the field of Chemical Processing for consumers’ convenience. Self-Healing Anti-Puncture Sealant is one of its products. Technico’s Self-Heal Anti-Puncture Sealant is an Eco-friendly Tyre sealant, capable of sealing puncture on tread area of the tyre caused by up to 8 mm diameter puncturing object with insignificant loss of air pressure, less than 5%, with no impact on continued operation of tire. This product is applicable for Bicycles, Motorbikes, Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles and Off-Road Vehicles Tubular and Non-Tubular Tyres. Patent Taken on the Product: The patent is applied and awaited approval from PCT. The patent application number is 202111052320 and the Title is “A SEALANT COMPOSITION AND A PROCESS FOR ITS PREPARATION”. Innovation in Product: Product embodiments of Anti-puncture Tyre Sealant comprises of eco-friendly and non-hazardous constituents. It has no adverse effect on the performance of the Tyre. This product seals multiple punctures of up to 8 mm diameters. In present available products in market, balancing of the Tyre is not possible post application of the sealant, while in Technico’s Anti-Puncture Sealant balancing is doable. Wheel Balancing with this product is possible because once settled, this sealant forms a uniform layer throughout the Tread area of the tyre and this layer stays in static position even at high centrifugal force applied on it during vehicle operations at high speed. This is possible because of the presence of foremost binder additives in the sealant embodiment.
