Having 36 years experience in PSU in Senior positions in various depts., such as Contracts & Procurement,ERP, SRM,SCM, RA, Warehouse, Inventory, HR management, Auditing & Imports and other industrial activities etc., After superannuated as CGM, desire to contribute to society by sharing the experience, imparting knowledge and provide employment to unemployed. The idea is to offer Consultation and Services on the labour legislative part of compliance which is an integral component of corporate governance. To extend services in managing SCM, Material Management area of Purchase and Stores of the large industry along with operating in Its ERP systems in large industries of oil & Gas, Power and other industries in Govt. & Private, thereby providing potential for scalable employment to unemployed youth, in turn, make them skilled to be ready to be absorbed for employment in future. The proposed idea of HR compliances is normally managed by the employers EICs, who are technical personnel having no knowledge of labour laws, needs specialised personnel, which can be fulfilled through this idea and save time and resources of the employer through deployment IOT Packages. Apart from accomplishing these tasks, various industrial activities like Manpower supplies, Facility management, Material Handling, Chemical Handling, AMCs for Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Food Services like running Canteen,Guesthouse, Security, Frie & Safety services, Housekeeping, and other industrial techno-commercial requirements shall be undertaken gradually and not limited to these activities.
