It also sends follow-up emails to recruiters and tracks all applications in a unified dashboard. Unlike traditional job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed or Naukri—which only list jobs—SmartApply automates the full application workflow, reducing 90% of manual effort and replacing the outdated, manual process used by major players.
