To carry on the business of exhibiting and distributing television news, cinematographic films, television films, video films and acquire or selling rights therein. 7. To act as manufacturers, distributors, purchasers and sellers of all kinds of films and to produce and distribute motion pictures and to act as distributors and exhibitors of motion pictures produced by other companies. 8. To carry on the business of print, publish, sell and market newspapers, magazines and any other print/digital in online/offline form of content publication in regional/foreign languages and to deal in establishing, maintaining and managing studios, television channels and film production equipment and facilities in both offline and online environment, also to carry on business as channel operators, publishers, distributors, advertisers and content creators in India and abroad.
