CGRRPL is installing electric Super Recharge Stations –cum- Comfort lounges across India, mainly in National Highways, State Highways and Tourist destinations. This is not only a Super Recharge Station but a recharging Economic Station across India. CGRRPL is developing each recharge station zone as a commercial hub by installing several commercial outlets, food streets; entertainment zones etc .Each super recharge station will have a facility of recharging at least 50 vehicles at a time with ample parking and space for entertainment, leisure and shopping experience. Each Super recharging stations cum comfort lounges will include one Food Street with at least 15-20 food outlets. This food street will provide a traveller/Tourist/Guest an opportunity to taste food across India and will have focus on indigenous food from the respective states. Food will be served in affordable and hygienic and professional way. Branded Food outlets will be included in the food streets.1. To provide Tourism & entertainment leisure business related activities and to undertake various tourism projects like resorts, hotels, villas amusement parks, ropeways, cable car services/ adventure parks, private zoos, aquariums botanical gardens, jungle safaris, mountain safaris, helicopter, private Jet taxis, services, caravans. Caravan parks etc. To provide Tourism & entertainment leisure business related activities and to undertake various tourism projects like resorts, hotels, villas amusement parks, ropeways, cable car services/ adventure parks, private zoos, aquariums botanical gardens, jungle safaris, mountain safaris, helicopter, private Jet taxis, services, caravans. Caravan parks etc. To carry on the business as tourist agents and contractors and to facilitate travelling and to provide for tourists and travellers, the provision of convenience of all kinds in the way of through tickets, sleeper cars, or berths, reserved places, hotel, motel and lodging, accommodation guidance, safe deposits, enquiry bureaus, libraries, reading rooms, baggage transport and other allied services. To organise tours, seminars, conclaves, film festivals, events for boosting tourism ,economic, trade promotion, enter into international tie ups and collaborations/Joint ventures for all tourism related business activities, to start TV channels, TV stations, Radio stations, Web sites, OTT platforms, any other communication media, cinema etc for tourism relates business activities and to set up exclusive tourism apps, start-ups related devices for promotion and doing tourism business and for setting up Tourism parks, trade zones for promoting business activities and to act as Money Changers to provide services that may be necessary for the achievement of the aforesaid objects. To carry on business of installations, commissioning, constructing, running, managing of Electric Recharge stations, super chargers for electrical vehicles using electricity generated through solar energy or any other renewable or non-renewable sources of energy comprising inter alia of a comfort lounge, entertaining centres like adventure parks, natural parks, open food courts, glow gardens, fruit gardens etc for the comfort of visitors and tourists. To acquire, take on lease/hire, construct, own, run, manage and to carry on the business of running modern kirana shops, super bazars ,food courts exclusive outlets for spices, honey, fruits and Vegetables, tea and Coffee, spices , rice and any other food items and food stuffs and Hotels, Motels, Holiday Camps, Guest Houses, Restaurants, Canteens, Caterers, Cafes, Taverns, Pubs, Bars, Beer Houses, Refreshment Room and Lodging or apartments of House keepers, Night Clubs, Casinos, Discotheques, Swimming Pools, Health Club, Baths, dressing rooms, licensed victuallers, wine, beer and spirit merchants, exporters, importers, and manufacturers of aerated mineral and artificial waters and other drinks, purveyors, caterers of public amusement generally and all business incidental thereof for attracting tourists and visitors and to Develop exclusive tourism hubs which promote tourism activities.
