Supply of Fabricated Structure Metal as per Client's Drawing-Procurement of required specification and quality of Metal as per client's demand and specification in PO. Adding value by Welding services and stringent quality inspection and then supply fabricated metal goods to client. Metal Welding/cutting services-Taking client supplied different category of metals and adding value by welding/cutting service with help of available machinery as per client's drawing. New Technology in welding services-IR camera, Xray camera, Precision instruments, CNC machine, Crane, Hydra-12tons-benefits cost reduction, accuracy, new jobs and new products line development with growth of indian technology ready for export. At TEPL we have 20000 Sq foot of area reserved for Blasting and Paint works. We do proper surface preparation to comply with the required degree of cleaning and surface profile that will prevent premature failure of the coating system and for good coating adhesion. We have capacity of 150+MT of paint work with existing manpower and setup. At TEPL we have dedicated person to checking the quality of material. We have experienced production engineers who ensure that as per design production work will happen and before client inspection, we do internal quality checks. We are using couple of tools to ensure that welding / paint work are done properly. At TEPL we have 10+ cameras installed for 24-hour surveillance. We have 24-hour security guard facility to ensure nothing goes wrong with any client material or finished product. We have 12ft+ security walls around our premise, no one without permission is allowed to enter the facility.
