HR has been mandated to modernize their tech portfolio, foster innovation, use emerging tech, design customer-grade Employee experiences and analyze the emotion and sentiment of employees. Texperia empowers HR to enhance EX. A SaaS HR Tech platform built on Python and Vue.Js, Texperia enables all HR professionals to use experiential/ emerging tech to communicate, celebrate, engage, create experiences along an employee’s journey and generate metrics to measure the Employee Experience Index. Experiential Tech includes Augmented Reality, Facial/ skeletal tracking, gesture recognition, immersive web, customizable video templates and interactive web tools and widgets. HR Tech is already a 34 billion USD industry and growing at 10-12% CAGR. However, the majority of HR tech platforms address core and Journey challenges. Texperia is the only SaaS tool that allows the creation of experiences along an employee’s journey from recruitment to retirement. There are approximately 40k + companies in India with more than 100 employees. Targeting 1% of these companies, at 100 INR per employee per month, we plan to reach 2 Million ARR in 3 years. Texperia will go global in 2023. At present, we are at a Pre MVP stage and a beta for customer trial will be ready by September 1st.
