The Main Business of the LLP shall be i. To develop, own, operate, and maintain digital platforms, mobile and web applications, software products, and online services in the fields of education technology, social networking, infotainment, entertainment, hospitality, and travel, and to provide consulting, marketing, branding, research, data analytics, and technology-enabled solutions for individuals and enterprises; ii. To engage in trading, importing, exporting, buying, selling, leasing, and dealing in goods, digital products, and services of all kinds, whether online or offline, in connection with the above businesses; iii. To carry on hospitality, property management, tourism, and accommodation services, including short-term rentals, homestays, serviced apartments, co-living or co-working spaces, food and beverage operations, event hosting, and allied activities; iv. To invest the LLP's, own surplus funds in shares, securities, or properties and to act as partners, promoters, or investors in other lawful ventures (but not to carry on any NBFC or financial business without prior approval); v. To do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
