The paddy paws founded in 2020, is a Delhi NCR based startup specializing in 100% Organic Single Ingredient Premium Handcrafted Pet Treats. Started by 3 friends from graduation who challenged the conventional Norm of 'not mixing friendship with profession', their driving force was to make something which is highly nutritious and can be digested easily by pets of all ages and sizes. Having seen the dearth of options for Single Ingredient preservative free treats in the market and the lack of easy availability, they embarked on their journey to establish The Paddy Paws. The founders bring an array of experience from industries like Finance Technology, Ecommerce and Investment Banking. Sumit Tyagi brings his experience of working with financial giants like HDFC Bank and Barclays Bank and also runs a successful Restaurant and Cloud Kitchen business in Delhi NCR. Saurabh Sharma, a veteran in the Fintech Industry has previously worked with Industry Leaders like PayPal, Paytm, Pine Labs and Times Internet before contributing to the inception of The Paddy Paws. Pratyush Singh is a marketing evangelist and brings a cumulative experience of more than 8 years, having worked with brands like Times Internet, Zee Media, Havells India before successfully starting his Grocery Ecommerce platform mangoshoppers.com way back in 2013. What TPP does? The Paddy Paws provides 100% organic, preservative free and single ingredient Pet Treats, with their products ranging from Chicken, Mutton, Fish and also Vegetarian Treats. The Paddy Paws aims to provide highly nutritious and easy to digest treats for pets of all sizes and ages which are easily available in the market at very affordable prices. “We wanted to have the right balance of nutrition that one would find in commercial food minus the add on ingredients and preservatives and hence set out to create food that all pets and pet parents would love and adore” The Paddy Paws already has a thriving website – www.thepaddypaws.com and their products can be purchased online or from select leading Pet Stores. The startup claims to have a growth rate of 70% on a month on month basis and is expected to grow at a higher rate in the next 6 months .The team claims to be maintaining a growth margin of close to 60% and has successfully processed more than 1500 orders in the past 3 months.
