Me and My Wife, Both from Airlines and Hotel background, have worked extensively with the best companies around the globe like The Oberoi Hotels, Qatar Airways, Emaar Properties, Dubai Holding etc. moved to India in 2016 and thought of starting something which is very close to our heart. Both of us saw that there are several academies providing false hope to students and cabin crew aspirants , giving them all sorts of bad examples and taking loads of money, without even checking their physical as well as academic requirements for this job. Just to Bridge the gap, we started our brain child - THE TRAINING ACADEMY with its own tagline - LEARN TODAY, LEAD TOMORROW. As we saw that even if the students were getting ready to join the aviation field, they were lacking confidence, self motivation, love for the job, eagerness to excel and grow and above all the industry was not having future leaders. We not only take eligible candidates only into our academy, but we also make sure they get placed as cabin crew. we are very particular about there height, BMI Index, Communication, Grooming, Training, and we make sure we are giving the best to the industry. In a very short span of time, we have become a well known academy in Chandigarh and Neighbouring states, our candidates are happily flying with Qatar Airways, Vistara, Spicejet, Goair, Air Asia, Indigo etc. We are a different academy and we do lots of things very different. For instance, most of the students who have this dream to become a cabin crew do not even know the job specifications and roles most of the time. Have not seen an aircraft up close and personal, so we provide a complimentary flight to each of our candidate. All our students undergo a First aid training certification program from RED CROSS Society of India. All of them are also given the best Aviation & Hospitality Advanced grooming certification. We are very honest in our approach and would really like to have a name to reckon with in the world of aviation and hospitality training. This is a brief about us.
