THERANOSTIC INNOVATIONS & RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED
Chandigarh, Chandigarh
In their own words
Theranostic Innovations and Research is developing an indigenous microsphere cold kit platform for selective internal radiation therapy of unresectable liver cancer and selected liver dominant malignancies. The startup is focused on translating patented radiolabelled microsphere technology and lyophilized cold kit know how into an affordable clinical product for hospitals, cancer centres and nuclear medicine departments. The platform enables in house radiolabelling with Tc 99m for pretherapy dosimetry and Re 188 for therapy and post therapy imaging. The aim is to reduce dependence on imported Y 90 microspheres, simplify the treatment workflow, reduce cost and expand access to patients who are currently unable to receive SIRT due to high cost and limited availability.
