The objects to be pursued by the company are: 1. To carry on developmental and research activities in the areas of agri-, medical and environmental biotechnology including the supply of different plant species in the field of agri-biotech which involves tissue culture based or direct rapid clonal multiplication, acclimatization and supply of micropropagated plants to the farmers or other clients nationally and internationally, further utilization of plants and plant systems for beneficial products in agri/ human health, biosciences on plant-microbe associations covering endophytic microorganisms and cytobacts; medical and environmental biotechnology including the basic and applied research related to plant-microbe-human / animal interactions, human health products, new biomolecules, environmental protection and amelioration, waste recycling, value addition, genetic engineering and the utilization of microorganisms for the overall benefit of mankind. 2. To carry on the developmental activities covering growers and sellers, exporters and importers in agriculture, farming, horticulture, sericulture, dairies, cultivators and sellers of all kinds of agri-inputs and products including food grains, seeds, fruits, vegetables, herbs, medicines and all useful plants to human and animals, and the development of farm houses, green houses and health facilities in order to facilitate the objectives. 3. Professional consultancy in the spheres of agri-biotech including professional support in establishing and managing plant tissue culture units, setting up of new laboratories, management of microbial hazards in agri/human health including hospitals and crop growing in any field. 4. To establish well equipped laboratory and carry out scientific research including analytical, experimental and other work or undertaking in relation to the works and objects of the Company including in-house, national and international projects and collaborations.
