In their own words
We Started VIVE in the year 2012 and started building Bus ticketing solution. We were successful by creating a retail bus ticketing portal and in creating a good traction online with > 7000 customers used portal slimtrip.com in 2012 financial year. In 2013, our burn rate was greater than out revenue where our bottom line 20 lacs per year. We were forced to pivot our business model to providing B2B inventory management solution. Although it took 2 years to build the product, the result was quiet good. We started providing solution to bus operators and share API to retail booking portals and started earning revenue. Our software has some unique features like We are the only inventory solution providers who provide multi currency cross border bus inventory solution that runs on Andriod app and web. We build multi stage booking for African countries and are successful in building decent business model with compliance. As African infra started building, we started growing step by step. Our partnership with Utillitas technologies a UK based company who joined hands as marketing partner has given us an edge over completion with field staff available in every country of Africa. Currently, our operations started spreading into more countries with a unique solution that is addressing the needs. Our B2B model and innovation in solution helped our company survive and build good revenue model for growth. We helped third world countries in Africa to adopt to technology and simplified the inventory management.
