You can think of TOP as a convenient store for Coworking (like 7-ELEVEN). Post Demonetization (2016), GST introduction (2017) and popularity of Unified Payment Interface (UPI) formalization of SMBs is happening rapidly. Formal offices for Indian SMBs is a large and un-tapped opportunity. TOP is aggressively tapping into this market. Indian SMBs currently work out of homes, basements, and un-authorized colonies because of cost pressures. They experience poor quality basic infrastructure like water, internet and power. Building maintenance is sub-optimal and office interiors are poor and un-hygienic. Thus, SMBs find it difficult to hire and retain talent. They lose business and are unable to grow. TOP help these SMBs find hi-quality yet affordable offices - so they can grow and prosper. TOP extensively uses technology to grow its business. Critical business processes like online content management, office management system, customer management, online invoicing & payments and business workflow management are managed using inhouse technology tools.
