In India there are 295+ million registered vehicles till 2019 and it has increased by 20+million registration in the year 2020. Therefore market is growing rapidly, every year. By purchasing a vehicle we also purchase a responsibility towards the vehicle that is it's maintenance. There are 4 ways One can do it- 1) local garage 1: they are cheap and least quality oriented 2) Local garage 2: they are quite expensive then first one and can be satisfactory depending on different garage. 3) service stations: they are costlier then first two 4) Other companies Now talking about the problem what customer face is 1) Due to lack of transparency car owners cannot compare price, quality, expertise and more So have to totally relie on mechanic words. 2)NO AUTHENTICATION, customer do not get any written warranty or guarantee for the service. 3)TIME WASTAGE, A general car service takes around 4 to 5 hrs. The more vehicle one have it becomes more time consuming and hectic. 4)UNCOMFORTABLE, process is uncomfortable 5)NO ADDITIONAL BENEFITS.
