Currently basic algorithmic trading takes up 40% of the Indian market, very few use machine learning as a concept. Artificial Intelligence makes it possible for the platform to take into account qualitative factors and public sentiment without any human intervention, thereby making the predictions more accurate and hence reducing the overall risk in the investment. Unique Selling Point(USP) of this firm is its capability to make the concepts and tools of finance seem easy and viable to the public. TOROi helps to build this world, simply by integrating the Financial Models to Artificial Intelligence. Algorithmic Trading currently consumes 40% of the Indian Market and we in our prime would like to capture this market and become a multibillion dollar firm. The prime being a distant milestone, we as a team have come up with a semi annual plan to market, which include four months of Product Development and two months of Client Acquisition and Market Building. The Philosophy that our team believes in is transparency, indulgence and trust. We believe that a transparent investment framework combined with the best of our technology and the expertise we can provide, every investor will have the best of the experience while making a lot of money. Market Research suggest that B2B is the way to go, the firm will focus renting the software to various corporations in the initial stage and a B2C model for individual investors at a later stage. TOROi is a team of three members Syed Shaaz, Shubham Verma and Mehul Chirania. The equity of the firm is divided into three portions i.e 85% of the companies equity are equally divided between 2 partners Syed Shaaz and Shubham Verma, the rest of the 15% is with the third partner Mehul Chirania. Product Definition TOROi Solutions under the banner of TOROi, is a platform where investors (Individual or Institutional) can create their own portfolios (portfolio management system is merged with AI, in order to integrate qualitative factors too) based on their individual risk tolerance. TOROi Trades under the banner of TOROi, is a trade maker based on a mathematical algorithm, which runs on the concept of recursive neural networks.
