To provide preliminary access to all major OTA’s (online travel Agencies), lakhs of hotel and home stay in Indian and overseas, Indian Railways and several major Indian bus operators, International & Domestic airlines, air tickets, holiday packages, private car and taxi rentals, MICE ( Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Exhibitions), B2B and affiliate services, tourist destinations, all possible means of transport, police stations, hospitals, tourism offices, emergency and helpline numbers, medical and legal advice, safety and security issues of tourists (specially female & solo travelers)-concern, support, advice ; sustainable tourism, promoting Indian Tourism, all relevant websites having tourism approach and its products in all possible manner, banks providing travel loan and insurance, grievance reporting and redressal, health and safety issues, comparatives analysis where possible, assisting in providing booking facilities to the national and international tourist including information using a third party links – informative and referral in nature. 4. To establish a one stop travel shop that offers the broadcast selection of travel Products and services in India and overseas (by all means and efforts). 5. Our constantly efforts and updation allow it (the company) to remain accessible to it’s customer ‘A Click Away’. 6. To aim at the development of the travel and tourism industry in India and Overseas by constantly improving the standard of services/ information and professionalism in the industry so as to cater to the needs of the travelers from within India and overseas. 7. To maintain close contact with world bodies and represent matters affecting the travel tourism industry in India and overseas. 8. To gather useful information on travel/tourism and disseminate them to the travelling public and tourist for their guidance with in India and Overseas. 9. To promote and spread social culture, literacy, sports, games and like activities and their concerning information among the traveling public with in India and overseas. 10. CSR (i) To lead an important role about the protection of natural heritage, art and culture including restoration of buildings and sites of historical importance and works of art, public libraries, promotion and development of traditional art and handicrafts. (ii) In the context of tourism and tourism destinations, to promote sustainable development for the benefit of the public at large and the local communities by: (a) The preservation, conservation and the protection of the environment and the prudent use of natural resources; (b) The relief of poverty and the improvement of the conditions of life in socially and economically disadvantaged communities; and (c) The promotion of sustainable means of achieving economic growth and regeneration. 11. To safeguard the interests of the travelling public maintain high ethical standards within the travel trade & hospitality sector. (B) IN FUTURE THE COMPANY THAT IS THE TOURIST BOOK CAN GO BEYOND ITS INFORMATIVE NATURE AND CAN ALSO ESTABLISH ITSELF AS A MAJOR TOUR AND TRAVELING COMPANY OPERATING IN INDIA AND OVERSEAS. TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THIS ABOVE SAID OBJECT, THE COMPANY IS READY – i. To carry on the business as tourist agents and contractors and to facilitate traveling and to provide for tourist and travelers, the provision of convenience of all kinds in the way of through tickets, sleeper cars, or berths, reserved places, hotel, motel and lodging, accommodation guidance, safe deposits, enquiry bureaus, libraries, reading rooms, baggage transport and other allied services. ii. To carry on the business of running of taxies, buses, mini buses and all possible means of transport. iii. To encourage and provide the business as package tour operators, daily passenger service operators, tour operators, travel agents, ship booking agents, railway tickets booking agents, airlines ticket booking agents etc. iv. To carry on the business of import or export of any item or material related to tour & travel or otherwise, and to act as Money Changers to provide services that may be necessary for the achievement of the aforesaid objects.
