With approximately 60 crore Mobile phones being utilized in India, the market is largely distributed and unregulated. The mobile phones are purchased, sold, stolen and transferred without regulation in the mobile phone market. Today a smartphone has become a necessity from availing facilities from the government to carrying out basic activities of communication. When a miscreant steals a smartphone, he either uses it by changing the SIM card or sells it in the market. The person who has lost his phone, will register a complaint with the police. The police department can trace the phone only if the device IMEI number stays the same as the miscreants can change the IMEI number of the device. Tracurity software application assists the genuine user of the device to trace and control the data and device when it is misplaced, stolen or damaged. Tracurity app will notify the user about the SIM changes and help him to know the current location of the device. This application will be helpful to the individual user, police / intelligence personnel and the nation as a whole. We are not expecting much business
