Train Rex is an entire preventive healthcare solution so people live healthier and longer lives, and the quality of life increases. Aim is to be healthy, not look healthy. We have divided our process into 2 phases: Phase 1: Knowing the problem (if I do not know my body how will i improve/fix it), this includes - blood sample collection - Full body checkup and profiling - Doctor and Trainer consultation to delve deep into knowing oneself properly Phase 2: Solving the problem, this includes - Giving a Diet and Workout plan personalized to the person's need and profile - Weekly updates and motivation to follow - Weekly changes in the plan catering to how they are improving We are currently accomplishing Phase-2 as we wanted to have a stronghold in the market before starting Phase-1 as that is the tougher part. Although, on the user's side, we have realised that it's easier to take money, get blood tests done, get doctor and trainer consultations and give them a personalized plan, BUT What's tough is to follow that plan because in a world where everything is catering to laziness and comfort we are pushing them to be disciplined, build a habit. So, right now we are solving this problem 2 ways - 1. Accountability - a match/friends feature where they can befriend people around and check how much they have achieved and done, which inadvertently motivates me to do it as well. 2. 70% success is good - No one can follow a plan 100% and we want to give them this freedom, so we give each of our user's an option to log in what they had instead of what was given in the plan (say pizza and beer with friends), and we adjust those macronutrients and calories in the consequent meals.
