TRAVELNGROW PRIVATE LIMITED- Moving towards global travel. Travelngrow, the aggregate of in destination spend on tours, activities, attractions and events. The travel industry is on the verge of an evolutionary leap where the relationship between customer and brand becomes truly real-time and relevant. Technologies such as AI and machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT), Near Field Communication (NFC) are coming of age, and together, share the potential to create personalized moments that matter, and bring joy to a travel experience still riddled with pain-points, interruptions and a lingering one-size-fits-all mentality. What are personalized moments that matter? It’s a brand interaction, in the digital or physical realm that demonstrates the willingness of a business to go above and beyond to provide their customers with experiences and services tailored to individual needs and preferences. To see how the industry has been affected by COVID-19 and how it might thrive in the future, we have synthesized ongoing analyses and interviewed travel executives and major corporate travel buyers. In so doing, we observed a few themes that perhaps run counter to intuition. We see signs of latent demand for travel. Customers are interested in and willing to travel again when they are allowed to do so. That is the reason travelngrow company has been incorporated. Firstly, we understand our customers as microsegments, not monoliths. Travelling is, after all, deeply personal. Second, travelling should widen their view of what constitutes the customer journey and design the next set of thoughtful customer-experience interventions. Third, we designed new, perhaps unconventional partnerships that restore travellers’ confidence and set this global, fragmented, capital-intensive industry on track to financial sustainability. Lastly, we seize this reset moment to embrace and preserve their crisis-induced agility and nimbleness for the long trip ahead.
