Trayakshaaa Biofuels Private Limited is an innovative green energy startup dedicated to transforming waste into value by setting up a commercial-scale 3 TPD (Tonnes Per Day) Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) plant under the Government of India’s SATAT initiative. Innovation & Technology: > Our startup addresses the critical issue of feedstock inconsistency in the bio-energy sector by pioneering a highly sustainable Dual-Feedstock Model combining high-yield Napier Grass and Cattle Dung. To ensure complete supply chain security, we have already secured 117 Bighas of land under lease agreements for captive Napier cultivation. We utilize advanced anaerobic digestion technology to produce high-purity, vehicle-grade CBG (alternative to CNG) and premium-quality Fermented Organic Manure (FOM) as a carbon-neutral byproduct. Socio-Economic & Environmental Impact: Employment Generation: The project will create direct and indirect employment opportunities for rural youth in plant operations, logistics, and technical maintenance. Wealth Creation for Farmers: By sourcing cattle dung and engaging local farmers in contract farming for Napier grass, we are creating a secondary, recurring income stream for the rural ecosystem. Sustainability: The plant contributes directly to India's Net-Zero emission goals, reduces crude oil import dependency, and promotes organic farming by replacing chemical fertilizers with nutrient-rich organic manure.
