TreZix is a SaaS platform designed to digitalize the entire Import – Export (EXIM) process. This start-up was founded by three of us Haresh Calcuttawala, Sunil Kharbanda and Myself. After spending 12-14 years in SAP, we decided to come together to build this platform - which has potential to digitalise and streamline the entire EXIM operations for the enterprise. TreZix is headquartered in Mumbai and have a development center in Surat where a team of 35+ developers are working on this product. We are well funded by an Industry VC and some credible Angels with a firm credit line visibility. TreZix was built with an objective of easing the entire Import / Export process of the company. Founder’s SAP experience of Product development, Implementation, Sales and Customer Service and the compliance first philosophy is channelized into building this product. The product was built by running beta program with 15 + customers across various industries to understand the operational nuance in the EXIM process along with the industry nuance and if there are any other practical nuances. Companies like Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel (AMNS), JSW, Tata Communications, Raymond, Raychem-RPG, National Peroxide have chosen to undertake EXIM transformation using Trezix platform. Another important attribute of TreZix is the underlying collaboration engine (using microservices approach) which helpsTreZix to interface with ERP’s (like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) as well as interface with external stakeholderssystems of agencies like Banks, Insurance companies, Custom agents, Logistics / Freight forwarding companies, government agencies like Customs, License authorities, ports etc. – provided, these entities have systems with ability to interface. TreZix offers these 4 promises: Complete Control on the Import – Export process – which otherwise is decentralized / managed on excel / with dependency on individuals for information.Real time Visibility of the status of your shipment and therefore trigger an Alert / Notification if there is any major deviation – to ensure timely deliveries leading to better cashflow management.Manage Central Bank, Customs and License authorities specific Compliances – such as foreign exchange inward / outward remittance tracking and reconciliation, IEC validations, Licenses as well as Schemes / Incentives etc.TreZix platform is built on micro-services architecture hence offers seamless Integration with internal systems like (ERP, CRM etc.) and external systems, especially of various stakeholders involved in the Import / Export journey – Banks, Insurance Companies, Custom agents, Customs, License authorities, Ports, Freight forwarders, logistics companies etc.
