It is an Unique Application for servicing any type of product and trouble-shooting of any physical product at any where in INDIA. It is and unique platform form OEM'S and Individual who want to repair and service for the any product. like Machines, computer's, household appliances etc. The Services System has been developed to make service providing process easier for the companies/clients. Every company has challenges at the time of providing hardware/software service to their clients for the different locations. Because in this situation there is a waste of time of company, their clients and service engineer. By using this system company need not to appoint/send their own(company’s) service engineer to the client location. The registered engineer will attend the call at client of company as company’s service engineer. For the company it will become easy to resolve the problem of clients which are at different locations from its company’s location. And one more important benefit is that company will able to handle and attend the multiple calls at a time and company will get each update regarding the call. The application Name is 'FRND'
