We are starting a tourism based hospitality project named Jalsa Jawai under the LLP firm Trinity Jawai LLP Our resort is located in the scenic region of Jawai in Rajasthan which is fast emerging as one of the most popular destinations for wildlife and rural tourism in India The core idea of our venture is to promote ecotourism by offering guests an immersive and authentic experience of the regions natural beauty rural charm and rich wildlife including the famous Jawai leopardsOur resort will begin with premium cottages a swimming pool and a traditional style restaurant serving local cuisine The property is spread over four bighas of converted land which is already registered for hotel and tourism purposes The layout plan has been submitted to the town planning authorities and applications for essential connections such as electricity and tubewell water supply are already underway The goal is to offer guests a nature based luxury experience while also contributing to the local economy through employment and sustainable developmentWe are currently at the development stage of the project and are funding the initial phase through our own investment However we are looking forward to raising funds in the future to speed up the infrastructure development and for marketing technology setup and team hiring Our long term plan includes expanding the resort with additional cottages nature trails wellness activities and partnerships with local artisans and guidesThe key mission of Jalsa Jawai is to create a destination that offers peace privacy and an authentic taste of rural Rajasthan At the same time we are committed to supporting the local community by generating employment and business opportunities We aim to provide direct and indirect employment to locals in areas such as housekeeping food services guiding safari arrangements maintenance and agriculture related support for the resort kitchenOur target market includes domestic tourists especially from Gujarat Mumbai and Delhi regions who are looking for peaceful weekend getaways wildlife experiences and eco luxury stays We also aim to attract international tourists who seek offbeat and intimate nature destinationsWe believe this startup is aligned with the vision of Startup India as it promotes tourism sustainability and rural development in one of the less explored regions of India Our resort will create a strong local impact while being financially scalable and environmentally responsibleIn the next phase we plan to apply for funding support under government or private incubation programs to speed up the construction process set up proper online booking platforms integrate solar energy systems and invest in digital marketing to promote the property nationwide We will also build partnerships with tour operators wildlife photographers and travel influencers to attract niche tourism segmentsIn summary Jalsa Jawai is not just a resort project but a startup initiative focused on rural tourism wildlife conservation awareness and sustainable hospitality We are passionate about building a resort that guests remember not only for its comfort and views but also for its connection with nature and the local community We look forward to becoming a recognized tourism brand under the Startup India ecosystem
