Truweight is a health and wellness-based company that focuses primarily on healthy and nutritious eating. We help people fight obesity and other lifestyle-related diseases like thyroid, type 2 diabetes, and PCOD. Our programs are especially beneficial to people who are unable to indulge in physical exercise or have no prior experience with it. We strongly believe in not counting calories for obesity/weight loss/fitness since all calories are not equal. For example, 100 calories from coca-cola are not the same as 100 calories from an apple. While the former offers no nutritional value, the latter offers fibre and several micro-nutrients. We also have a Truweight app that helps the users to keep a tab on their health/wellness progress. We have 100+ dietitians who offer customised meal plans to our clients based on their medical history, needs, and comfort. Our health programs are also quite sustainable and can be followed in the long run - even after completing the program. Our plans are made after research on the problems being faced by the people with the other competitors available in the market. We have our own range of food products, which is our stronghold compared to existing options available to customers. Our products were devised after intense scientific research and analysing other products available in the market. Our products are nutrient-dense and super to regular products available in the market.
