TSO Consultants is a knowledge start-up, where the core business is providing technical, business & management advisory services to its clients. The business relies heavily on hiring of engineers, business graduates, MBAs and post graduates from different sectors for delivery of its services. Also, the vision of the company is to engage in consulting projects with the Government of India, for which being registered as a Start-up is required in order to be eligible to participate in government tenders. In terms of innovation & improvement, one of the core focus areas is continuous learning and the organisation invests on its manpower for gaining multiple niche skills though trainings, workshops, etc. In terms of revenue, As per report of India Brand Equity Foundation IT and Management Consulting sector expected triple its current annual revenue to reach US$ 350 billion by FY 2025.
