Access to formal credit remains one of the biggest challenges for rural India. Millions of families in remote villages still depend on informal lending because private banking has not reached their doorsteps. Connectivity issues, manual processes, and lack of infrastructure make financial inclusion a distant dream for these communities. Microfinance institutions have played a critical role in bridging this gap, but they too face operational challenges in scaling to the last mile. Twinline Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was founded to change this reality. Our mission is to empower financial institutions to serve the underserved and take credit to the remotest corners of the country. To achieve this, we built Finpage, our flagship digital lending platform. About Finpage: Finpage is a comprehensive solution that combines a Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) to digitize the entire lending lifecycle for MFIs and NBFCs. It is designed for rural realities, with an offline-first architecture that works even without internet, taking credit to the remotest areas and directly to the homes of borrowers. Finpage supports microfinance workflows, enabling institutions to onboard borrowers in villages, manage group lending, and ensure compliance with regulatory norms. Our Reach and Impact: Finpage is covering 95% of India across 28 states, serving thousands of villages, pincodes, and taking credit to the last mile where private banking has not reached.
