U2CA: Universe of Connecting and Collaborating Angels mentors SME and early stage StartUps. Our goal is to understand their business model, understand their pain points, put them on a growth trajectory and make them investible. We are there to provide 360 degree support to startups. Our experience suggests that considerable support and handholding is required for developing a sustainable business model, market intelligence and agility to pivot as per need, develop a client oriented mindset and finally raise funds. U2CA has identified a huge gap in the industry where very few entities support startups and MSMEs going through challenging times. We have been through similar adversities and are aware of the likely solutions. We have therefore adopted a Blue Ocean Strategy of charting a new path and addressing the major concerns of startups and MSMEs by starting with Business Development, making Strategic Collaborations happen, do mentoring of the owners/ senior leadership, make the company investible and then also facilitate debt/ equity funding by taking them to investors.
