We are pre-revenue but product ready startup in the B2B SaaS plus GRC space. BD commences in end Jan 2021. Qoris® ERM is our first GRC offering, meant for all non-financial companies globally The software solution is a Cloud based SaaS offering built on javascript technologies, and is hosted on AWS. Our choice of technology permits us to also offer Qoris® ERM as an on-prem solution. Our launch version itself is highly differentiated (two modules now -and a third, a month after launch). Our product roadmap has multiple innovative modules. In principle, 70% of Qoris® ERM is industry agnostic, 30% of the software will be built by industry - so the acceptability/ownership is high Intangibles: We filed for some patent-able differentiation in India, US and PCT in Jan 2020. We also trademarked Qoris® in India and US ( both approved).
